Customer Service Level Agreement  

This sheet is a guide to how long it takes to withdraw savings, apply for a loan or use our other credit union services.

 

Membership Application Form (Adults)  

If you wish to join the credit union and start saving money you should complete all sections of this form and return it to us with a completed standing order or payroll deduction mandate and proof of ID and address.

 

Young Savers Form

  This form is to open an account for someone below the age of 16 years of age.

 

Change Information Form

  It is important that you keep us updated with any changes that may affect your account.  Use this form to do so.

 

Standing Order Form

  Use this form to set up a standing order mandate to pay off your loan or to save on a regular basis.

 

Payroll Deduction Savings Form   Employees of Harlow Council, the Princess Alexandra Hospital Trust and Kier Harlow Ltd can have their savings or loan repayments deducted directly from their pay. Please ensure that you complete all sections of the form and return it to the office, NOT your employer.

 

Saver Loan Application Form   This form needs to be completed in full by any member applying for a Saver Loan from the Credit Union.

 

Important Guidance Notes For All Loan Applicants  

This document lists the type of information that we request in order to assess your ability to meet the costs of borrowing from us. Please supply us with as much information as possible as it will increase the chances of your loan application being successful.

 

Income and Expenditure Sheet   This form is to help you manage your money and be sure you can afford to repay the loan at a manageable rate. Please take your time in completing it, as it forms an important part of the credit unions obligation to assess your ability to afford the loan.

 

Saver Loans Policy   This document sets out who is entitled to borrow from the credit union and how much they can apply for. It is important that you read this document before you apply for a loan. If you are still unsure about the lending limits, please contact the office.

 

Proof of Identity and Address   This document gives guidance on what forms sufficient proof of Identity and proof of address, both of which are requirements for membership of the credit union.

 

Flexi Credit Application Form

  Members saving through payroll deductions for 18 months or more can use this form to apply for a quick and easy borrowing facility.

  All applicants should read these notes before completing the flexi credit application form.

 

Share (Savings) Withdrawal Form   Please complete all sections of this form if you wish to withdraw savings from any one of your accounts with us.  You can have up to four savings accounts to help you budget for things such as Christmas or holidays etc.  Ask the office team for details.

 

Paypoint Application Form   Using a Paypoint card is a convenient way to pay money into you shares/loan account without coming into the office  The card is free of charge to all members and can be used anywhere displaying the Paypoint logo

 

Authority Letter   Are you unable to make it to the office to pick up a cheque, or would you rather someone picked it up on your behalf?  If so please fill in this form and send it to the office.

 

Request to Close Account   If you are looking to leave the credit union please fill in this form and return it to the office.
